Office hours outside of these times are possible with prior arrangement.

Early Check In:

Early check in is solely dependant on room availability at the time.

Late Check Out:

We have 2 private day rooms for personal use which are available from 10:00 – 21:00 at an additional charge. 

Smoking Policy:

All of our rooms and restaurants are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in all outside areas away from guest rooms and restaurants.

Swimming Pool:

Swimming pool for use of hotel guest only.

Swimming pool hours are: 08:00 - 19:00

Swimming pool has no lifeguard on duty so swimming is at your own risk.

Children:

The Bay Seychelles does not have suitable facilities to be able to accommodate babies and children under the age of 12.

Risk and Liability:

Under no circumstances whatsoever will we be liable for any direct, indirect or significant loss, damage, injury, accident, death or expense, whether caused by our fault or negligence of that of our employees or agents or otherwise. This includes but is not limited to:

1. The loss of or damage to property, including to any motor vehicle or bicycle

2. Personal injury or loss of life

3. Liability you may incur to third parties

4. Loss of deposits and loss of income

5. The cost of medical treatment.

In addition, you acknowledge that if you or your guests participate in swimming during your stay you do so entirely at your own risk.

A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking. No pre-payment will be taken until the booking becomes non-refundable as per the cancellation policy.

Once the booking becomes non-refundable full payment is due and a secure payment link will be emailed to you. Payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the payment link otherwise the booking may be cancelled.

Extra charges are payable upon check out, however a credit card must be presented at check-in to guarantee any additional charges you may incur during your stay.

The Seychelles Government has implemented a Tourism Environmental Sustainability Levy, which will be issued for all visitors to Seychelles, from 1 August 2023. This levy will be charged in Seychelles Rupees on a per person / per night basis, paid directly to the hotel in cash with a receipt provided.

As a small establishment, guests of The Bay Seychelles Boutique Hotel & Apartments will be levied SCR 25 per person, per night. Children under 12 and Seychellois citizens are exempt from this levy.

We offer free cancellation and no prepayment up to 31 days prior to your arrival date on all bookings.

All booking becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to the arrival date unless stated differently in the booking confirmation.

Cancellations within the non refundable period will result in 100% of the booking cost charged.
